Very very high up above Sea Point. Against the hairline of Lions Head and its neighbouring Signal Hill. Quiet, detached and serene- only about a kilometre to the gritty Sea Point main road but an eternity away from the urban bustle and grind. Food, bars, shops, city life, beaches- all are at your feet. Camps Bay and the Cape Town centre and Waterfront all a 10 minute drive away.

Large lounge and dining area with big elevated sea views over Sea Point below. Door opens onto the suspended wooden deck running along the length of the apartment.

From the deck there are equal servings of sea, suburbia, garden calm and then the mountain slopes. A braai (South African for charcoal grill or barbecue) and outdoor dining table and chairs for elevated entertainment after another day of Cape magic. Sit back with a hot boerewors roll and and cold glass of chenin blanc and let the rest of the world get on with it.

The kitchen is cool, bright and new. Whether food preparation to you is dispensing a bowl of cornflakes, nuking last nights pizza or making roullade of acorn fed black pig with mitake fritters, there are the implements and devices required.

The main bedroom has a queen bed with air-conditioning. And an adjoining bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have doors leading onto the same big deck mentioned earlier.

The second bathroom is accessible from the entrance hall, living area and second bedroom and has both a shower and a bath in it.

Parking downstairs in a secure bay next to the building. There are 2 flights of stairs to entrance hall (no lift/elevator)

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
